Part 1 Terms of Use
In short: Boundela is a free introduction service. We pass your trip request to independent travel agencies and flight consultants. We do not sell tickets, take payments or operate flights.
1. Who we are and what we do
Boundela (“Boundela”, “we”, “us”) operates boundela.com, a platform that connects travelers flying from the United States and Canada with independent travel agencies and flight consultants (“Partners”). You send a request once; Partners who work your route and cabin may contact you with options.
Boundela is not an airline, not a travel agency and not a ticket issuer. We are not a party to any booking, contract or payment between you and a Partner.
2. Using the service
- Sending a request and receiving options is free and does not require a payment card.
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and trip details.
- You may only submit requests for yourself or for people who have authorized you to do so.
- You agree not to misuse the site — for example by submitting false requests, automated submissions or content that is unlawful or abusive.
3. Partners and bookings
Partners are independent businesses. Any quote, fare, availability, fee, refund, change or cancellation rule is set by the Partner (and the airline) and is shown to you by them. If you decide to book, you contract directly with the Partner, on their terms and conditions, and you pay them directly.
Options, fares and availability can change until a ticket is issued. Boundela does not guarantee that a Partner will contact you, that a particular fare or seat will be available, or the outcome of any booking.
4. No obligation
Receiving options does not oblige you to buy anything. You are free to ignore any offer and to ask a Partner to stop contacting you at any time.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Boundela name, logo, design and text on this site belong to Boundela or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Destination photos and third-party brand names are used for illustration only.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boundela is not liable for the acts, omissions, prices, services or conduct of Partners or airlines, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version. Questions: office@boundela.com.
Part 2 Privacy Policy
In short: we collect the details you type into the request form, share them only with Partners who can quote your trip, and use them to handle that request. We do not sell your personal information.
1. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number (optional unless you ask to be called or messaged) and preferred contact method.
- Trip details: departure and destination cities, trip type, dates, number of travelers and cabin class, and any other cities you list.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends automatically (such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited), collected through our website platform and analytics tools.
2. How we use it
- to pass your request to Partners who can quote your route and cabin, so they can contact you with options;
- to follow up on your request and answer your questions;
- to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and improve the website.
We process this information because you asked us to handle your request and gave your consent when submitting the form, and because of our legitimate interest in running a safe and useful service.
3. Who we share it with
- Partners — independent travel agencies and flight consultants who may quote your trip. They use your details to send you options and follow up on this request, under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers — companies that host the website, process form submissions, send email or provide analytics, acting on our instructions.
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, and generally no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires a longer period. You can ask us to delete them earlier.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (including under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and Canada’s PIPEDA), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- withdraw your consent and ask us and Partners to stop contacting you.
To make a request, email office@boundela.com. We will respond within the time required by law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
